How Violations work
Violations are shown on the drivers side of the application they are not shown on the inspectors side of the application when going into the inspection mode of the app. The violations may be valid to check, you can go back on the HOS page and check the data or you can login to our website to see a more detailed view of what violation you have when it occurred. You can also look at the previous days data to figure out how it occurred.
There are some instances when a violation will appear on the application but it seems invalid if that is the case then you can logout or sync the data when connected to the internet to upload it to the server. When you backup the data on the website it should not show the violation occurring as it goes through a check on the website to make sure it is correct so it would be best to check the website just to see if the violation is valid or not.
